An engineering grade material designed for extremely demanding applications. Chemical resistant, heat resistant up to 186°C / 367°F and flame retardant. It also offers outstanding impact resistance and durability.
Individual parts can be plastic welded into large assemblies.
Available in natural (tan) and black.
ABS is a common 3D printing material favored for its versatility and strength.
Affordable enough for prototyping, but durable enough for end use products.
Available in a range of colors.
ASA is a close cousin of ABS. ASA adds UV resistance and improved mechanical properties.
Available in a range of colors.
Nylon is a tough, versatile material that can be used to make parts that stand up to punishment. Its main advantages are impact resistance, toughness, and fatigue resistance.
Available in black.
PC is a step above ASA and ABS for parts that require better mechanical properties and more heat resistance. Though not as tough as nylon, it is harder and more rigid.
Available in white.
Unlike the FDM materials above, which are liquified with heat, 3D resins start as a liquid, and are permanently solidified by UV light in the printing process. While resin can't match the mechanical properties of high end thermoplastics, it can be printed with very high precision.
If you don't see a material that works for your needs, we are also able to offer other materials upon request.
